Privacy Notice
Spread Knowledge, LLC (“Spread Knowledge”) is the sole owner of the information collected on www.spreadknowledge.com (the “SpreadKnowledge.com”) from a user of SpreadKnowledge.com (a “User” and, collectively, “Users”).
Information Collection, Use and Sharing
To use SpreadKnowledge.com, a User must complete the registration form, which requires, at a minimum, the User’s name, email address and birth date (“User Information”). At User’s option, User may also provide demographic information, including, but not limited to, gender and age.
Spread Knowledge will not sell, trade or otherwise transfer User Information to any other party for any reason, unless: (1) Spread Knowledge or SpreadKnowledge.com is sold to such third party; or (2) a request for such information is made in a court of law or by an order issued by a court of law.
A User’s IP address shall not be considered User Information and may and will be disclosed by Spread Knowledge for any purpose, including, but not limited to, detecting duplicate accounts.
Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. Information sent from a User to SpreadKnowledge.com may be read or intercepted by a third party, even if there is notice that a particular transmission (e.g., credit card information) is encrypted.
Security
Spread Knowledge will take precautions to protect User Information. Spread Knowledge seeks to collect sensitive User Information in a secure manner. Whether a webpage is secured may be verified by the “closed lock” icon at the bottom of the web browser or by the address of the webpage beginning with “https.”
Spread Knowledge will also protect sensitive User Information transmitted offline. Only persons who need the User Information to perform a specific function for Spread Knowledge, including, but not limited to, customer service or billing, can access User Information. The computers and servers that store personally identifiable User Information are kept in a secure environment.
Disclosure
Spread Knowledge may disclose any information it has regarding User, including, but not limited to, User Information, if Spread Knowledge determines that such disclosure is necessary in connection with any investigation or complaint regarding User’s use of SpreadKnowledge.com, or to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with, either intentionally or unintentionally, Spread Knowledge’s rights or property, or the rights or property of visitors to or Users of SpreadKnowledge.com. Spread Knowledge reserves the right at all times to disclose any information that Spread Knowledge deems necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. Spread Knowledge also may disclose User’s information when Spread Knowledge determines that applicable law requires or permits such disclosure, including, but not limited to, exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection purposes.
Preservation of Communications
Spread Knowledge may preserve any transmittal or communication between User and Spread Knowledge or between Users made through SpreadKnowledge.com or any service offered on or through SpreadKnowledge.com.

The website located at www.SpreadKnowledge.com (“SpreadKnowledge.com”) is owned and operated by Spread Knowledge, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“SPREAD KNOWLEDGE”). Use of SpreadKnowledge.com by registered users of SpreadKnowledge.com (A “USER” AND, COLLECTIVELY, “UserS”) is governed by these terms and conditions together with SpreadKnowledge.com’s Privacy Policy and Refund Policy (these “Terms OF USE”). If a User does not agree with any of these Terms of Use, such User may not use SpreadKnowledge.com.
SpreadKnowledge.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time, without notice. SpreadKnowledge.com will notify Users of such changes by email at the address with which the User is registered. A User’s continued usage of SpreadKnowledge.com following such notification shall constitute that User’s acceptance of the changes. If a User does not agree to any such changes, that User must immediately cease using SpreadKnowledge.com.
